Choose an application type first. Which application type should you choose?

• STUDENT: If you are a student and unable to qualify based on your own income and credit, choose the "Student" application type.
• STUDENT - SELF-QUALIFY WITH INCOME: If you are a student and able to qualify based on your own income and credit, choose the "Student - Self-qualify with income" application type.
• NON - STUDENT: If you are not a student, choose the "Non-student" application type.
• GUARDIANS FOR UNDERAGE APPLICANTS: If you are a guardian of a future occupant who is currently younger than 18 years old, choose the “Non-Student” application. You will be the legal leaseholder for the future occupant. Please contact our office to add the future occupant to your application.
• GUARANTORS: If you are a guarantor, do not create an account below. Use the login information emailed to you directly.
