|Recommended: YesNice place, poor communication — I just moved in today. They had to replace the locks to update something, and I expected mine to be done by 4pm like originally told. It was not, and maintenance had nearly closed for the day. I wasn't let into my room until 7pm and the lock didn't get changed until 8pm. Additionally, rent payment is confusing and I can't submit maintenance requests on the resident portal because it says it can't be done before move in, but we were all scheduled to move in already. The people here are really nice though.

|Recommended: YesNora living review — In general, it was pretty convenient living in Nora West. As a UW student, this location is very close to campus and class friendly especially if you have an early class. However, the area can get a bit noisy at times and you can hear loud noises from the street but this might be a common condition in Udistrict. The maintenance staff is very efficient and helped me a lot.
